Martyrs Lane (D3782) Woodham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Martyrs Lane (D3782) Woodham which extends from its junction with Woodham Lane (A245) to north-westwards for a distance of 100m. Alternative Route – Martyrs Lane (D3782), Chertsey Road (A320) and Woodham Lane (A245). This Order is required to allow I and A Communications Ltd to carry out telecom works, which is anticipated to be completed within 2 days, between 9:00am and 4:30pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 17 July 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.

Wych Hill Lane (D3693) and Wych Hill (C141) Woking
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of (a) Wych Hill Lane (D3693) Woking as extends from its junction at the Roundabout with (A320) Guildford Road and (A320) Egley Road to its junction with (C141) Wych Hill and (C141) York Road; and (b) Wych Hill (C141) Woking as extends from its junction with (D3693) Wych Hill Lane and (C141) York Road to its junction at the roundabout (D7287) Wych Hill Park, and (C142) Triggs Lane. Alternative Routes – (1) Wych Hill; Hook Heath Road; Saunders Lane; Blackhorse Road; Smarts Heath Road; Mayford Green; and A320 Egley Road. (2) York Road; A320 Guildford Road/Egley Road; Mayford Green; Smarts Heath Road; Blackhorse Road; Saunders Lane; Hook Heath Road; and Wych Hill. The Order is required to facilitate gas mains replacement works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of I&G Contractors Ltd within the lengths of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be carried over 6 weeks between the hours of 7am and 7pm within the 12-month period of operation of the Temporary Order that commences on 22 July 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, the emergency services, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
