What is happening?

SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL
(STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING
RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP
SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Sections 1, 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46A, 49, 51, 53 and 124(1)(c), (d) (f) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.


The effect of the Orders will be to introduce:

No Waiting at any time on parts of Carr Road;
No Waiting Monday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00 on parts of Cross Gilpin Street;
Paid for Parking Spaces Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:30 on parts of South Street.

Copies of the proposed Order, plans showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may also be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH

Any observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Order, including the grounds for your objection, should be sent through the web addresses provided or in writing to the undersigned by the 11 July 2024
