Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal & Burn Bridge, Parking & Waiting, No 55, Order 2024 Notice
is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Harrogate) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified below:- Table – Waiting Prohibited At All Times With Exemptions Grimbald Crag Close (U1314/3/50), Knaresborough, South East side of road, from a point 63m North of its junction with Grimbald Crag Way for a distance of 31m in a North Easterly direction. 40 Mph Speed Limit, Cundall, Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph on any length of road at Cundall specified below:- Schedule 1 - 40 Mph Speed Limit Cundall to Poplar Hill, Cundall, a point from the centreline of Hall Lane for a distance of 851.4m in a north westerly direction. Cundall to Thornton Bridge, Cundall, a point from the centreline of Hall Lane for a distance of 298m in a south easterly direction. Cundall to Bat Bridge, Cundall, a point from its junction with Cundall to Poplar Hill for a distance of 184.4m in a south westerly. Hall Lane, Cundall, along its entire length.
