What is happening?

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(ON STREET PARKING PLACES)
(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION)
(AMENDMENT NO 57) (FLAMBOROUGH
ROAD, BRIDLINGTON) ORDER 2024

1. East Riding of Yorkshire Council proposes to make
a Road Traffic Regulation Order to amend The East
Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking
Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order
2021 the effect of which will be to remove a section
of controlled parking zone bay (9am to 6pm for a
one hour period with no return within one hour or
permit holders) and replace it with a section of no
waiting at any time restrictions adjacent to number
15 Flamborough Road, Bridlington.
The proposed change is shown on Plan Tile Reference
AI159C which is attached to the proposed Order.
An annotated illustrative drawing is also available
for inspection with reference TMN2342/1200/01
which shows for ease of reference the proposed
amendment. If the Order becomes operative Plan
Tile Reference AI159C will be incorporated into The
East Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking
Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order
2021 to replace the existing Plan Tile Reference
AI159B.
2. A copy of the draft Order, annotated illustrative
drawing and a statement of the council’s reasons
for proposing to make the Order are available for
inspection at Bridlington Customer Service Centre,
Town Hall, Quay Road, Bridlington, YO16 4LP. A copy
of the street notice and annotated illustrative drawing
have been placed on the council’s website (East Riding
of Yorkshire Council, Traffic Management and Road
Safety). Any enquiries relating to this proposal may
be made to Traffic & Parking Services, Directorate
of Communities & Environment (Ref: LS), Beverley
Depot, Annie Reed Road, Beverley,

office hours.
3. Objections to the proposed Order, stating the
grounds for objection, should be emailed to
mike.goodison@eastriding.gov.uk or sent in writing
to Director of Legal & Democratic Services,
Directorate of Corporate Resources (MG/83417),
County Hall, Beverley by 11 July 2024.
