NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council have made an Order on 26th June 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Order 1984. Propose to introduce the following:

A copy of the Orders, together with all supporting documents may be inspected during normal office hours at “Council Access Point (CAP+), Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom”. These documents can also be viewed on the Council’s website: https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com/ If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from Wednesday 26th June 2024, by applying to the High Court.
