What is happening?

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council and Bath and North East Somerset Council intend to make an Order to temporarily introduce a 20mph speed restriction on the following length of road: B3108 (Part), Limpley Stoke and Monkton Combe; from outside the Sports Pavilion for a distance of approximately 290m in a north westerly direction to enable Chevron Traffic Management to carry out speed restriction for Geo-Tech scheme for National Highways. The speed restrictions will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

This speed limit restrictions will come into operation on 22 July 2024 and will be required until 31 October 2024. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
