Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio Min yr Afon, Rhuthun yn Sir Ddinbych am ei hyd gyfan.

Mae angen cau'r ffordd er mwyn i Sunbelt Rentals ymgymryd a gwaith BT ar ran Openreach. Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr tra bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Nid oes llwybr arall ar gael.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 1 Gorffennaf 2024 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith barhau tan tua 5 Gorffennaf 2024.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL MIN YR AFON, RUTHIN

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council has made an Order prohibiting vehicles using Min yr Afon Ruthin in the County of Denbigh for its entire length.

The closure is necessary to facilitate BT works by Sunbelt Rentals on behalf of Openreach. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

There is no alternative route available.

The Order is effective from 1st July 2024 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 5th July 2024.
