(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GREEN LANE, FLAMSTEAD) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Green Lane, Flamstead from its junction with Puddephats Lane south eastwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 1050m (“the Road”).

An alternative route will be via Puddephats Lane, Markyate Street Lane, Gaddesden Row, Gaddesden Lane and Green Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ASTROPE LANE, ASTROPE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Astrope Lane, Astrope from a point in line with the western boundary of ‘Astrope House’ south westwards for a distance of approximately 100m (“the Road”).

An alternative route will be via Astrope Lane, Tring Road, Wingrave Road, B489 Lower Icknield Way, Broad Highway and Astrope Lane. The Order is needed because utility service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 16 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A416 CHESHAM ROAD AND A416 KINGSHILL WAY, BERKHAMSTED) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access:1. that length of A416 Chesham Road, Berkhamsted from its junction with the A41 (unnamed road) roundabout south westwards for a distance of approximately 215m. An alternative route will be via A41 (unnamed road), A4251

London Road, B4505 (Box Lane/Hempstead Road/Chesham Road/ Rushmere Avenue/Orchard Leigh/Ley Green Road/Eskdale Avenue) and A416 (Broad Street/Berkhampstead Road/Nashleigh Hill/Ashley Green Road/Chesham Road).

2. that length of A416 Kingshill Way, Berkhamsted from its junction with the A416 Chesham Road roundabout north westwards for a distance of approximately 217m.

An alternative route will be via A416 Chesham Road, A41

(unnamed road), A4251 (Tring Road/High Street/Gossoms End/

High Street) and A416 (Kings Road/Kingshill Way) or via A416 Chesham Road, A41 (unnamed road), A4251 (London Road/ High Street) and A416 (Kings Road/Kingshill Way). The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 17 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HOBLETTS ROAD, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hobletts Road, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with Great Road north eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 130m (“the Road”), except for access. An alternative route will be via Great Road, Ellingham Road and Hobletts Road.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF B4635 AYLESBURY ROAD, TRING) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of B4635 Aylesbury Road, Tring from its junction with the B488 Icknield Way roundabout south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with B4635 Western Road, a distance of approximately 1142m (“the Road”).

An alternative route will be via B488 Icknield Way, B486 (Wingrave Road/New Mill Terrace/Wingrave Road/Brook Street) and B4635 (High Street/Western Road).

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RED LION LANE, GREAT GADDESDEN) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Red

Lion Lane, Great Gaddesden from its junction with B440 Leighton Buzzard Road north eastwards, north westwards, north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Gaddesden Row, a distance of approximately 2926m (“the Road”), except for access.

An alternative route will be via B440 Leighton Buzzard Road,

A4147 Link Road, B487 (Redbourn Road/Hemel Hempstead Road), Hemel Hempstead Road, Gaddesden Lane and Gaddesden Row. The Order is needed because tree safety works are proposed to be executed near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CROFT LANE, CHIPPERFIELD) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Croft Lane, Chipperfield from its junction with Croft End Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 12m (“the Road”), except for access.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF DATCHWORTH TURN,

HEMEL HEMPSTEAD)

ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Datchworth Turn, Hemel Hempstead from a point 50m north east of its junction with Micklefield Road north eastwards for a distance of approximately 50m (“the Road”).

An alternative route will be via Datchworth Turn, Micklefield Road, Poynders Hill, Tewin Road and Datchworth Turn.

The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED RESTRICTIONS ON VARIOUS

ROADS IN WIGGINTON, TRING AND KINGS LANGLEY)

ORDER 2024

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from driving at a speed exceeding 20mph on the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), when signs are in place:-

1.  the A41 westbound slip road leading from A41 interchange Tring, Wigginton from its junction with A41 Interchange Tring north westwards and south westwards to its junction with the westbound carriageway of A41 Tring Bypass, a distance of approximately 622m.

2.  that length of A41 Tring Bypass, Tring from a point 221m north east of its junction with the A41 westbound slip road leading from A41 Interchange Tring south westwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 3304m.

3.  the A41 southbound slip road leading from the B488 Icknield Way/B4635 Aylesbury Road roundabout, Tring from its junction with the B488 Icknield Way/B4635 Aylesbury Road roundabout south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with the eastbound carriageway of A41 Tring Bypass, a distance of approximately 449m.

4.  that length of A4251 Watford Road, Kings Langley from its junction with the A41 Watford Road/A41 (unnamed road) roundaboutnorth eastwards and north westwards to its junction with the Home Park Mill Link roundabout, a distance of approximately 557m.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 30 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
