TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 17/07/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas Limited and their contractors to undertake remedial works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Priesthills Rd, Station Rd, Mount Rd, Hinckley & vice versa. Any existing restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 01/07/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cityfibre & their contractors to facilitate installation of new apparatus & other associated works on the highway & Leicestershire County Council & their contractors to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion routes will be signed on site. Any existing restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedules 2, 3, 4 & 5 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.
