Darpariaeth Arfaethedig a Diwygiadau i Orchmynion Traffig mewn amryw o leoliadau yn wardiau Coed Duon, Maes-y-cwmwr, Morgan Jones ac Ystrad Mynach ym Mwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a’i holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith a ganlyn:-

Bydd y gorchymyn yn gwahardd aros a llwytho er mwyn gwella diogelwch, lleihau tagfeydd a chynorthwyo trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus ar y darnau canlynol o ffyrdd yn wardiau Coed Duon, Maes-y-cwmwr, Morgan Jones ac Ystrad Mynach:

• Greenwood Road, Coed Duon
• Parc Hawtin, Gelli-haf, Coed Duon
• Sir Alfred Owen Way, Ystâd Ddiwydiannol Pontygwindy, Caerffili
• Y lôn gefn rhwng y Stryd Fawr a Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach
• Penallta Road, y Stryd Fawr a’r lôn gefn rhwng y Stryd Fawr a Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach
• Y ffordd fynediad i Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Allta oddi ar Central Street, Ystrad Mynach

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 26 Mehefin 2024

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn fel y’i gwnaed, cynlluniau sy’n dangos y rhannau o’r briffordd dan sylw a datganiad o resymau’r awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www.caerffili.gov.uk/GorchmynionRheoleiddioTraffig a gellir hefyd eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim drwy apwyntiad yn:

Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, Tŷ Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), o 26/06/2024 i 08/08/2024, gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod SCF/5011410.

Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o’r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar y sail na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion y Ddeddf honno a wnaed o dani mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny i’r Llys o fewn chwe wythnos i’r dyddiad isod.

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 29) 2024

Proposed Provision and Amendments to Traffic Orders at Various locations within the Blackwood, Maesycwmmer, Morgan Jones and Ystrad Mynach Wards in Caerphilly County Borough

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is: -

The order will be to prohibit waiting and no loading in order to improve safety, reduce congestion and aid public transport on the following lengths of road within the Blackwood, Maesycwmmer, Morgan Jones and Ystrad Mynach Wards:

• Greenwood Road, Blackwood.
• Hawtin Park, Gellihaf, Blackwood.
• Sir Alfred Owen Way, Pontygwindy Ind Estate, Caerphilly.
• Rear lane between High Street and Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach.
• Penallta Road, High Street and the rear lane between High Street and Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach.
• Access Road to Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Allta off Central Street, Ystrad Mynach.

The Order shall come into operation on 26 June 2024

A copy of the Order as made, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 26/06/2024 to 08/08/2024 quoting reference SCF/5011410.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
