BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) ORDER 2001 (AMENDMENT NO 256) ORDER 202?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to amend the Borough of Trafford (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) Order 2001, as amended, (“the 2001 Order”) by the introduction or removal of restrictions on lengths of Lloyd Square, New Street and Albert Street, Altrincham, Moss Road, Keswick Road, Fleming Drive and Watersmeet, Stretford.
A copy of the Draft Order, together with statements of reason may be inspected at Altrincham and Stretford Libraries during their normal opening hours. The Notice and plans can also be viewed on-line at: www.trafford.gov. uk/trafficregulationorders
BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD (MOSS ROAD, STRETFORD) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along a length of Moss Road, Stretford.
A copy of the Draft Order, together with a statement of reason and map showing the length of road referred to, may be inspected at Stretford Library during their normal opening hours and on-line at: www.trafford.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders
