Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (A449 Belle Vue Terrace, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of A449 Belle Vue Terrace from its junction with B4211 Wells Road to its junction with B4211 Church Street.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4211 Wells Road, B4211 Church Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 Sundays between 23 June 2024 and 7 July 2024.
(Link Footpath F60152 Hayslan Green (between no. 10/11), Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F60152 Hayslan Green (between no. 10/11), from its junction with U63235 Hayslan Green to its junction with U63237 Pickersleigh Road Service Road.
Reason: Footpath reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63237 Pickersleigh Road Service Road, B4208 Pickersleigh Road, U63233 Hayslan Road, U63234 Hayslan Avenue, U63235 Hayslan Green and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days between 24 June 2024 and 1 July 2024.
(C2064 Smith End Green, Leigh) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2064 Smith End Green from its junction with C2227 Sherridge Road for a distance of 1180 metres in a westerly direction.
Reason: Overhead works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2064 Smith End Green, C2064 Suckley Road, C2065 Brockamin to A4103 Bransford, C2065 Brockamin, C2065 Hopton Lane to Brockamin, C2245 Hopton Lane, C2064 Ashfields and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 28 June 2024.
(U63527 Hornyold Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63527 Hornyold Road from its junction with U63526 Hornyold Avenue to its junction with B4503 Newtown Road.
Reason: Safe working only for utility works by Severn Trent Water
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63527 Hornyold Road, B4503 Newtown Road, U63534 Blackmore Road, U63532 St. Peters Road, U63527 Hornyold Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 24 June 2024.
(U63113 Albert Road North, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U63113 Albert Road North from its junction with B4211 Church Street to its junction with C2215 Avenue Road.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4211 Church Street, C2215 Avenue Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 17 July 2024.
