Vinings Hill - Temporary Closure to Carry Out Tree Removal Works on Behalf of Woodland Trust

Temporary Closure of Vinings Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Vinings Hill - from the junction with Gold Hill to the junction with Seat Lane. A total distance of 319 metres. This Order will enable Wildwood Timber Ltd to carry out tree removal works on behalf of Woodland Trust.
The Order becomes effective on 11th July 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 15th July 2024 and last until 24th July 2024 between the hours of 08:30 - 16:30 for a total of 10 days.
