(SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 000*) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to reduce the current 40mph to a proposed 30mph speed limit, from the junction with Penn Green (existing change from 30mph to 40mph) for approximately 2km to a point just west of Clay Street. A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons may be inspected Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom. Comments and objections on the proposals (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by the 19th of July 2024to the Design Services Team, Buckinghamshire Highways, Council Access Plus,Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom. or by email to parkingtro@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
