HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Bryn- buga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pw- erau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

  1. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 5ed Gorffennaf 2024 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhag- welir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau ar 5ed Gorffennaf 2024, gan weithredu rhwng 10:00 a 17:00.
  2. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu MJ Quinn i wneud gwaith Polio mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhe- symol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.
  3. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd lleihau dros dro y terfyn cyflymder ar ran o Heol Tre Herbert, Llansoar, Sir Fynwy, ~150m i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd ag R106 Heol Tre Herbert i Westy Cwrt Bleddyn am ~90m.
  4. Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: R106 Heol Tre Herbert i Westy Cwrt Bleddyn, R106 Nant Dowlais i Ystâd Fasnachu Woodside, A472 Stryd y Bont, B4598, Lôn Pengam, Heol Star, A4042 ac i’r gwrthwyneb.
  5. Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol Tre Herbert, Llansoar, Sir Fynwy, 2024.
  6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

  1. The Order shall come into operation on the 5th July 2024 and will con- tinue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichev- er is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 5th July 2024, operating between 10:00 17:00.
  2. The order is necessary for MJ Quinn Poling works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.
  3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of Tre Herbert Road, Llansoar, Monmouthshire, ~150m north-west from its junction with R106 Tre Herbert Road to Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel for ~90m.
  4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- R106 Tre Herbert Road to Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel, R106 Dowlais Brook to Woodside Trading Estate, A472 Bridge Street,B4598, Pengam Lane, Star Road, A4042 and vice versa.
  5. This order may be cited as the Tre Herbert Road, Llansoar, Mon- mouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024
  6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
