NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

1. To vary existing restrictions on KENT STREET, BROMSGROVE STREET & HENSTEAD STREET, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE.

2. To introduce One Way Traffic on HENSTEAD STREET, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE from Bromsgrove Street towards Wrentham Street.

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
INSTALLATION OF RAISED TABLE ON HENSTEAD STREET, BORDELSEY & HIGHGATE

NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (“the Council”) proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct a Raised Table up to a maximum height of 75mm, at the approximate location specified in the Schedule to this Notice, for the purpose of reducing speed.

LOCATION
HENSTEAD STREET, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE. South of the junction with Bromsgrove Street for a distance of approximately 49 metres.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 15th July 2024.
