ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Banned Turn Hanworth Road, Hampton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water maintenance works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Hanworth Road, Hampton.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to turn left from Uxbridge Road into Hanworth Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 01 July 2024, the works are anticipated to be in progress at all times between 01 July and 04 July 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Fairfax Road & Bushy Park Road, Teddington.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Fairfax Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in:
Fairfax Road:
At junction with Bushy Park Road outside and opposite numbers 16 and 35
At the junction with Bushy Park Road outside and opposite numbers 18 and 37 Bushv Park Road:
Junction with Fairfax Road at the side of numbers 16 and 35 Junction with Fairfax Road at the side of numbers 18 and 37
3. The order will come into effect on 01 July 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times from 01 July to 02 August 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Kingston Road and St Marks Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water connection works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in The Green, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in The Green, to the west of the island, between its junctions with King Street and Friars Lane
3. The order will come into effect on 24 June 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times from 24 June to 27 June 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via The Green, Pembroke Villas, Portland Terrace, Duke Street, The Square, Eton Street, Paradise Road, Red Lion Street, King Street and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closures Hampton Court Road, Hampton Court

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the installation and removal of a temporary footbridge and other works in connection with the Hampton Court Garden Festival they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is that a section of Hampton Court Road will be closed to traffic on two occasions as set out below.
2. The section of road to be closed extends from the roundabout outside Hampton Court Palace (the junction of A309 Hampton Court Way and A308 Hampton Court Road) to its junction with Campbell Road, Hampton Court.
3. The dates and times when these road closures are anticipated to be in force are:- operate at all times throughout the week from 27 June 2024 until 19 July 2024 inclusive.
3. The order will come into effect on 27 June 2024. The provisions of the Order will be in force on the dates and times detailed in Paragraph 2 above. The restrictions will be in force whilst signs and/or cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main connection works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Ranelagh Avenue, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Ranelagh Avenue, from the junction with Rocks Lane to outside number 1 Ranelagh Avenue.
3. The order will come into effect on 24 June 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times from 24 June to 08 July 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Rocks Lane, Mill Hill Road, Station Road, Church Road, and Elm Grove Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Bicester Road and Lambert Avenue, Richmond Meadlands Drive, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate delivery and collection of temporary accommodation to facilitate the holding of the General Elections, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in the above-mentioned roads.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the lengths of streets at the times specified on the Schedule to this Notice.

4. An alternative route for eastbound traffic (Hampton Court Bridge towards Kingston Bridge) is via A308 Hampton Court Road (westwards); A311 Church Street; High Street, Hampton; High Street, Hampton Hill; A313 Hampton Road; Broad Street; High Street Teddington; A310 Kingston Road; Upper Teddington Road and High Street, Hampton Wick. An alternative route for westbound traffic will be as above but in the reverse direction. This route is not suitable for vehicles over 15 feet and 9 inches (4.8 metres) high on account of a low bridge in High Street, Hampton Wick.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
