Ravenscliffe Avenue, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Telecom Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL RAVENSCLIFFE AVENUE, ECCLESHILL, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Ravenscliffe Avenue, Eccleshill, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Ravenscliffe Avenue from its junction with Harrogate Road to a point outside No.6 Ravenscliffe Avenue (outbound only).
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Harrogate Road, Orchard Grove, Averingcliffe Road, Idlethorpe Way, Rockwell Lane, Rowantree Drive, Bradford Road, Norman Lane, victoria Road, Harrogate Road.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours and remains in force until 18:00 hours each day on the 24th, 25th and 26th June 2024 and then again on the 8th and 9th July 2024 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
