Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)

Effect of the Order: To Implement 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions. Road Description

Bell NORTH SIDE From its junction with Theydon Road, in a Common south-easterly, then easterly, then north-easterly direction for approximately 12 metres.

SOUTH SIDE From its junction with Theydon Road, in a north-easterly direction for approximately 19 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tile: TL450 010 Revision 0 to Revision 1

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 24 June 2024

(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.38 Part 1) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given Colchester City Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1st July 2022 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the Order:

1. To introduce double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time) in Cloverley Road, Ongar, at its junction with Brentwood Road, Town Mead Road, Waltham Abbey, including the junction with Orchard Gardens, The Summit, Loughton, Station, Devon Close, Buckhurst Hill, at the junction with High Road and in Tycehurst Hill, Loughton.

2. To revoke the single yellow lines (No Waiting Mon-Fri 2pm-3pm) and partially replace with double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time) in Tycehurst Hill, Loughton at the southern end.

3. To revoke the single yellow lines (No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm) and replace with double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time) on both sides at the entrance to Manor Square, Ongar.

4. To revoke the Police Vehicles parking bay in High Street, Epping and replace with limited waiting

(Tue-Sat 9am-6.30pm 1 hour no return within 3 hours)

5. To revoke the single yellow lines (No Waiting Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm & No Waiting Mon-Fri 2-3pm) and replace with single red lines (No Stopping Mon-Sat 9.30am-5pm) in Station Road, Loughton.

6. To revoke the single yellow lines (No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm & No Waiting Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm) and replace with double red lines (No Stopping At Any Time) in Station Road, Alderton Hill & Old Station Road, Loughton.

7. To revoke the double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time) and replace with double red lines (No Stopping At Any Time) in Station Road and at the junction with High Road, Loughton.

8. To extend the double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time) in The Summit, Loughton, at the junction with Baldwins Hill.

9. To introduce double red lines (No Stopping At Any Time) on Upland Road/ B1393, Thornwood Common, at the applicable junction of both roads & Forest Avenue/High Road, Chigwell, at the applicable junction of both roads.

10. To introduce Pay & Display bays (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm excluding bank & public hols) in Tycehurst Hill, Loughton, close to the northern junction with Spareleaze Hill. (Pay & display charges, up to 2 hours £1.80 & over 2 hours and up to 16:00 £3.20)

11. To introduce a permit parking zone (LTH1 Mon-Fri 10am-2pm excluding bank & public holidays) in Tycehurst Hill, Loughton, for almost its entire length (all odd and even numbers with a Tycehurst Hill address & postcode will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits)

12. To introduce a permit parking zone (DC1) in Devon Close, Buckhurst Hill for almost its entire length (all odd and even numbers with a Devon Close address & postcode will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits)

13. To introduce a permit parking zone (TM1) in Town Mead Road, Waltham Abbey for its entire length (all odd and even numbers with a Town Mead address & postcode will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits)

14. Revoke limited waiting (Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm 1 hour no return within

1 hour) and replace with Pay & Display (Mon-Sat 9.30am-5pm) in Station Road, Loughton. (Pay & Display charges 1 hour £1.30 and up to

2 hours £2.20)

15. To amend The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places)

(Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow the properties detailed in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule 1 to this Notice to be able to purchase permits for the proposed zones listed in Column 1 of that table.

16. To amend The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow the additional properties detailed in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule 2 to this Notice to also be able to purchase permits for the existing zones listed in Column 1 of that table.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking

Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile numbers TL550 020 & TL465 050 revision 0 and by replacing tile numbers TQ420 960, TQ425 960, TQ425 962, TL550 030 and TL460 022 revision 0 with revision 1; replacing tile numbers TQ420 957, TQ430 922, TQ425 977, TQ405 937 & TQ405 940 revision 1 with revision 2; replacing tile number TL380 002 revision 5 with revision 6.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on Monday 5th August

(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.65) Order 2024

The effect of the Order:

17. To introduce Resident Permit Parking in Pinewood Close, Harlow between 8am - 8pm Mon to Sat. Properties eligible for the permit scheme are listed in Schedule 1

18. To amend The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow properties detailed in column 3

of the table in schedule 1 of this notice to be able to purchase permits for

the zone listed in column 1 of that table. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TL470 090 revision 0 with TL470 090 revision1.

(London Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of London Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 190m south of its junction with Kennels Lane for a distance of approximately 20m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410220854 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sluice valve repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via London Road, First Avenue, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary And Harlow Mill Roundabout, Church Langley Way, London Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 27th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Churchgate Street for a distance of approximately 60m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410234862 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap and boundary box installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Churchgate Street, Sheering Road, Cobbins Way, Mill Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 27th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tylers Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tylers Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Reeves Lane for a distance of approximately 1020m in a south easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2345831 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Tylers Road, Hamlet Hill, Sedge Green, Pecks Hill, North Street, Middle Street, Nazeing Common, Common Road, Epping Road, Epping Road Roundabout and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Englands Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Englands Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Dedben Road to its junction with Pyrles Lane a distance of approximately 440m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2355179 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway recon works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Debden Lane, Loughton Lane, Theydon Green, Coppice Row, Abridge Road, Market Place, London Road, Abridge Road, Abridge Road Roundabout, Abridge Road, Chigwell Lane, Rectory Lane, Pyrles Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 13th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pedlars End, Moreton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pedlars End, Moreton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 150m south west of its junction with North Chase for a distance of approximately 20m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2024 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30053728255 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Moreton Road From Bovinger To Pedlars End Zu20706 Zu20719, Bobbingworth Mill, Epping Road, High Road, Talbot Roundabout, Weald Bridge Road, Wind Hill, Harlow Road, Bridge Road and vice versa (with access only into Moreton Road From Bovinger To Pedlars End Zu20706 Zu20719 and Pedlars End).

The Order came into effect on 13th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Road, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Road, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 280m south east of its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06057430/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

An alternative route is available via School Road, Toot Hill Road, Greensted Road, The Borough, Coopers Hill, Stanford Rivers Road, Romford Road, London Road, Church Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 13th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.2) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest as detailed in the Schedule.

The works are scheduled to commence after 13th June 2024, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion route will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/ leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the roads. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

The Order came into effect on 13th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 20th June 2024
