THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (B6482 DALHOUSIE ROAD,
NEWTONGRANGE) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024 - TTRO/R5.4.240
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works B6482 Dalhousie Road, Newtongrange will be closed to through traffic from its roundabout junction with Main Street, Newtongrange to its junction with the A7.
The Order which has a maximum duration of 18 months has effect from 1 July 2024. Works are expected to take about 12 days to complete. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffi c and buses will be clearly sign posted.
