What is happening?

GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

C209 OLDENDS LANE (STONEHOUSE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C209 Oldends Lane Road, from outside the property known as 'Fairview', to outside the property known as No.22 Oldends Lane, for a total distance of approximately 250 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for drainage refurbishment works.

The said road is expected to be closed between 22:30hrs on 25th June 2024 and 05:30hrs on 27th June 2024 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Alternative Route - as signed on site. Emergency access will be maintained. Pedestrian access will also be maintained, with escort for pedestrians and cyclists through the said works site.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE 401484 HOLYWELL ROAD

(WOTTON UNDER EDGE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close the 401484 Holywell Road from outside the property known as No. 2 Holywell Road to outside the property known as No. 6 Holywell Road for a total distance of approximately 50 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for water apparatus repair and maintenance works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 15th July 2024 until 17th July 2024 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Alternative Route - as signed on site. Emergency access, and pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, will be maintained.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF A4171 STRATFORD ROAD

(STROUD TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the A4171 Stratford Road from outside Tesco to its junction with Beeches Green for a distance of approximately 170 metres.

The reason for the closure is for carriageway resurfacing works.

The said road is expected to be closed between the hours of 19:00 on 7th July and 07:00 on 8th July 2024 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

There will be no stopping or waiting or loading permitted throughout the duration of the works.

Alternative Route - as signed on site. Emergency, and pedestrian access to adjacent properties, will be maintained.
