(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

(ALMA ROAD, WALSDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core Highways have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Alma Road from Alma Street to Rochdale Road for a distance of approximately 90 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Alma Road, Lord Street, Hollins Road, Rochdale Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(BACK ASHENHURST ROAD, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Back Ashenhurst Road from its junction with Burnley Road to Mons Road for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. For alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 18th July 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(BRIGHOUSE WOOD LANE, BRIGHOUSE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by UCL Comms have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Brighouse Wood Lane outside No. 5 for a distance of approximately 5 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Halifax Road, Elland Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(POLLARD STREET NORTH, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Clearview Services Group have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Pollard Street North from its junction with Garden Street North/Spring Terrace for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 24th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.

(PUDSEY ROAD, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Pudsey Road from No. 21 to No. 12 for a distance of approximately 150 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available – access will be maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 25th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 27th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 15:30.

(LODGE AVENUE, ELLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Svella Connect have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lodge Avenue from its junction with Lodge Drive to end for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 25th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 27th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(B6114 SADDLEWORTH ROAD, GREETLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of B6114 Saddleworth Road from Prospect Terrace to Branch Road for a distance of approximately 2650 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is B6114 Saddleworth Road, Rishworth Road, Stainland Road, B6113 Greetland Road, B6113 Rochdale Road, B6112 Stainland Road, B6114 Saddleworth Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 29th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 07:00 & 18:00.

(EXLEY LANE, EXLEY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Exley Lane from A629 slip road to Exley Bank for a distance of approximately 1430 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Backhold Lane, Jubilee Road, A629 Huddersfield Road, Elland Wood Bottom, Halifax Road, Exley Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 29th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 07:00 & 18:00.

(LINDLEY MOOR ROAD/GRIMESCAR ROAD/NEW HEY ROAD, AINLEY TOP)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lindley Moor Road/Grimescar Road/New Hey Road from A643 Lindley Moor Road to A643 Brighouse Road for a distance of approximately 900 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via A643 Lindley Moor Road, Ainley Top Roundabout, A643 Brighouse Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 29th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 07:00 & 18:00.

(MIDGLEY ROAD, MYTHOLMROYD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Midgley Road from rear of 39 Hullet Drive to rear of 37 Hullet Drive for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Burnley Road, Luddenden Lane, New Road, Solomon Hill, Jim Allen Lane, Towngate, Midgley Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 29th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.

(QUEENS ROAD, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Queens Road from its junction with Battinson Road to No.308 for a distance of approximately 15 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Hanson Lane, Spring Hall Lane, Pellon New Road, Pellon Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 30th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 1st July 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(A629 HUDDERSFIELD ROAD, SALTERHEBBLE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by John Sisk & Sons have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of A629 Huddersfield Road from A629/New Canal Bridge(A629 Stainland Road) to A629/Stainland Road B6112 for a distance of approximately 550 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. Northbound Traffic – Turn left onto new Canal bridge, then right on the roundabout onto Stainland Road. Rejoin A629 utilising Stainland Road B6112. Southbound Traffic – Turn left onto new Canal bridge, then right on the roundabout onto Stainland Road. Rejoin A629 utilising Stainland Road B6112. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 12th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 20:00 & 05:00.

(BANK HOUSE LANE, LUDDENDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Bank House Lane from its junction with Dean House Lane to 1 Jowler for a distance of approximately 435 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Booth Hill, Dean House Lane, New Road, High Street, Stocks Lane, Mount Tabor Road, Wainstalls Lane, unaffected part of Bank House Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(BOOTH HILL, LUDDENDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Booth Hill from its junction with Bank House Lane to 17 Booth Hill for a distance of approximately 160 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Booth Hill, Dean House Lane, New Road, High Street, Stocks Lane, Mount Tabor Road, Wainstalls Lane, Bank House Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained for residents. (OLD LINDLEY ROAD, OUTLANE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Old Lindley Road from Croft House Farm to Moorside Cottage for a distance of approximately 395 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Lindley Moor Road, New Hey Road, Swan Lane, New Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th July 2024. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Victoria Avenue from No. 55 to No. 63 for a distance of approximately 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 2nd August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Free School Lane/Heath Road from its junction with A629 Skircoat Road to junction of Free School Lane/Heath Road for a distance of approximately 330 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. (RED BRINK LANE, SOWERBY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Red Brink Lane from Well Head Lane for a distance of approximately 45 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Well Head Lane, Hubberton Green Road, Plain Lane, Thunderton Lane, Toot Hill Lane, unaffected part of Red Brink Lane. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Hudson Street from its junction with Burnley Road for a distance of approximately 33 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 12th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 12th July 2024.
