The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow for the set-up of Noisily in Barkestone Wood. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations.

EXTENSION NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by the Leicestershire County Council on 11/01/2024 and which came into effect on 20/01/2024 will be continued in force until 20/07/2025, or until the works have been completed. The effect of the Order is to continue to allow for the closure of that length of footpath as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice. The footpath is being closed for public safety to continue undertaking the development works safely as site machinery & open excavations are required near the footpath. The Leicestershire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during the duration of the Order.
