A180 Trunk Road - Prohibition Of Traffic For Cutting Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
THE A180 TRUNK ROAD (LAYBYS BETWEEN BARNETBY INTERCHANGE AND PYEWIPE ROUNDABOUT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited intends to make an Order on the A180 Trunk Road, in the County of North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire, to enable amenity cutting works to be carried out in safety.
The works are expected to start at 6am on Monday 15 July 2024 for 5 months, or until completed.
The effect of the Order will be to close, between 6am and 8pm, at times during the works the laybys adjacent to the A180 eastbound and westbound carriageways from the entry slip road at Barnetby Interchange to its junction with Pyewipe Roundabout Traffic management will be in force and traffic signs will indicate the extent of the prohibition (which will not apply to emergency service vehicles or vehicles being used in connection with the said works or for winter maintenance or traffic officer purposes).
The Order comes into force on 14 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of eighteen months.
