RHODDIR RHYBUDD y bydd y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed gan Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy ar 19 Rhagfyr 2022, a oedd i ddod i ben ar 28 Mehefin 2024 yn parhau i fod yn weithredol gyda chymeradwyaeth Gweinidogion Cymru tan ac yn cynnwys 28 Rhagfyr 2024. Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd oherwydd bod pont wedi dymchwel.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Iwybr troed cyhoeddus rhif 10 yng nghymuned Dolgarrog gan ddechrau o Iwybr troed 11 ar gyfeirnod grid SH 7663 6589 ac i gyfeiriad y de ddwyrain i orffen ar y bont dros Afon Ddu ar gyfeirnod grid SH 7671 6578 ac ar hyd Llwybrau Troed 2 a 3 Trefriw i gyd gan ddechrau o'r bont ar ochr ddeheuol Afon Ddu ar gyfeirnod grid SH 7671 6577. Yna mae'r ddau Iwybr yn parhau i'r de i Dyddyn Wilym a Thyddyn Wilym Adda i orffen yn Ffordd Rhiba ar gyfeirnod grid SH 7686 6556.

ROAP TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) Conwy County Borough Council (Footpaths 10 Dolaarroa and 2 and 3 Trefriw) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2022

NOTICE IS given that the above named Order made by the Conwy County Borough Council on 19 December 2022 and which was due to expire on 28 June 2024 has been continued in force with the approval of the Welsh Ministers until and including 28 December 2024. The Order is necessary for the reason of likelihood of danger to the public due to a collapsed bridge.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed in that section of public footpath no 10 in the community of Dolgarrog commencing from footpath 11 at grid reference SH 7663 6589 and proceeding south easterly to terminate at the bridge over the Afon Ddu at grid reference SH 7671 6578 and the full length of Footpaths 2 and 3 Trefriw commencing from the bridge on the southern side of the Afon Ddu at grid reference SH 7671 6577 both paths then proceed south to Tyddyn Wilym and Tyddyn Wilym Adda to terminate at Rhiba Road at grid reference SH 7686 6556.
