(FARLSTHORPE/BILSBY – PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO.74/1 & NO.74/5 )

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Farlsthorpe/Bilsby – Public Right of Way No.74/1 & No.74/5) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2024 which came into force on 8 January 2024 being extended and continuing in force until 1 January 2025 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner..

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way. The effect of the Order will be to close Public Right of Way No. No.74/1 & No.74/5 to all users.

The alternative route for users will be signed on site. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(LOUTH – VARIOUS ROADS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order owing to the holding of the Louth Run for Life Event. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedule.   The Order will be operative on 30 June 2024 and apply at all times when traffic signs are displayed. Diversion routes for affected traffic shall be signposted.

(WAINFLEET ALL SAINTS – LINK FOOTWAY THE WALK)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order closing Link Footway The Walk in the Parish of Wainfleet all saints, to all traffic.

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the link footway.

The Order will commence on 21 June 2024 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of link footway to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
