Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Mill Lane, Haslington

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic - Mill Lane, Haslington - From the junction of Butterton Lane to outside Mill Lane Cottage.

The alternative route will be via Butterton Lane, Barthomley Road, Mill Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on Tuesday 16 July 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Tuesday 15 July 2025.

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic - Park Street, Macclesfield - For the full extent.

Park Street Roundabout, Macclesfield - For the full extent.

Churchill Way, Macclesfield - For the full extent.

Churchill Way Roundabout, Macclesfield - For the full extent.

Park Lane, Macclesfield - For the full extent.

Park Green, Macclesfield - For the full extent.

Leek Road, Bosley - For the full extent.

This order will come into operation on Friday 5 July 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 30 September 2024.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians

Public Footpath No. 15 (Part) Parish of Sutton
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on the following:

That length of Public Footpath No. 15 (Part) Sutton which commences at OS grid reference (OSGR) SJ 9419 7129 and runs in a generally south south westerly direction for approx. 647m. to OSGR SJ 9392 7078.

The closure is necessary to protect the public from danger while essential step replacement and bridge repair works are carried out.

The Order will come into force on 28 June 2024 and will continue in force for a period of six months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
