TEASEL ROAD, CHATHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable telecoms works to be carried out -
Teasel Road, Chatham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with Speedwell Avenue and the junction with Sharon Crescent. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Silverweed Road.
This order will come into force on Friday, 5 July 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Friday, 5 July 2024 and are programmed for completion within one day (with works taking place between 9.30am and 3.30pm.) The order will be effective
only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

TASWELL ROAD AREA, RAINHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable the gas main to be replaced -
Taswell Road area, Rainham - roads to be closed to all vehicular traffic (a) in Skene Close, (b) in Taswell Road between Henry Street and Wakeley Road, (c) in Wakeley Road between Taswell Road and Scott Avenue, and (d) in Henry Street from Taswell Road for 50 metres in an easterly direction. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Station Road, High Street and Otterham Quay Lane. Emergency access will be
maintained at all times to Skene Close as no alternative access route is available.
This order will come into force on Monday, 22 July 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 22 July 2024 and are programmed for completion within six weeks. The order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

ST MARGARETS BANKS, ROCHESTER
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable a detailed railway bridge examination to be carried out -
St Margarets Banks, Rochester - to be closed to all vehicular traffic for the entire length. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. No alternative route is available. Emergency access will be maintained.
This order will come into force on Wednesday, 3 July 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Wednesday, 3 July 2024 and are programmed for completion within two nights (with works taking place between 9pm and 5am). The order
will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

SALISBURY AVENUE, RAINHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable a manhole frame and cover to be repaired or replaced -
Salisbury Avenue and Lyra Close, Rainham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic (a) in Salisbury Avenue between points 25 metres north and 25 metres south of the junction with Lyra Close, and and in Lyra Close between points 25 metres west and 25 metres east of the junction with Salisbury Avenue. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via London Road, Century Road and Nursery Road.
This order will come into force on Saturday, 22 June 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Saturday, 22 June 2024 and are programmed for completion within one night (with works taking place between 10pm and 6am). The order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

NORTHCOTE ROAD, STROOD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable new electrical connections to be made -
Northcote Road, Strood - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between from the junction with London Road for a distance of 50 metres in a southerly direction. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via London Road, Parkfields, Albatross Avenue, Bligh Way and Darnley Road.
This order will come into force on Saturday, 29 June 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The first stage of the works are due to commence on or after Saturday, 29 June 2024 and are programmed for completion within two days. A second two day closure is programmed for the following weekend (6-7 July). The order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

MAIDSTONE ROAD AND ATHELSTAN ROAD, CHATHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable gas main maintenance works to be carried out -
Maidstone Road and Athelstan Road, Chatham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic (a) in Maidstone Road between points 25 metres north and 25 metres south of the junction with Athelstan Road and (b) in Athelstan Road from the junction with Maidstone Road for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via City Way, New Road Avenue and New Cut.
This order will come into force on Saturday, 22 June 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Saturday, 22 June 2024 and are programmed for completion within one night (with works taking place between 10pm and 6am). LABURNUM ROAD AND HILLSHAW CRESCENT, STROOD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable a new electricity cable to be installed -
Laburnum Road and Hillshaw Crescent, Strood - to be closed to all vehicular traffic (a) in Laburnum Road between the junction with Hillshaw Crescent and the frontage of 186 Laburnum Road and (b) in Hillshaw Crescent from the junction with Laburnum Road for 50 metres in a southerly direction. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. Alternative routes will be provided and signed as the works progress. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
This order will come into force on Monday, 1 July 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 1 July 2024 and are programmed for completion within four weeks. The order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable new lighting columns to be erected -
High Street, Halling - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with Low Meadow and the junction with Station Approach. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via High Street, towards A228 to Vicarage Road, Kent Road and High Street.
This order will come into force on Friday, 28 June 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Friday, 28 June 2024 and are programmed for completion within one night (with works taking place between 8pm and 5am). Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable a new water supply to be installed -
Crow Lane, Rochester - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the frontage of 13 Vines Cottage, Crow Lane. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via East Row, Victoria Street, Star Hill, Corporation Street, Blue Boar Lane and High Street.

COOLING ROAD, CLIFFE
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable a telephone pole to be safety removed and replaced -
Cooling Road, Cliffe - to be closed to all vehicular traffic adjacent to 1 Cooling Road. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via The Street, Common Lane and Reed Street.
This order will come into force on Thursday, 18 July and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. BARNSOLE ROAD, GILLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable the gas main to be replaced -
Barnsole Road, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between from a point 50 metres north of the junction with Larkfield Avenue and the junction with Watling Street (A2). The works will also require the closure of the following junctions with Barnsole Road – Brasenose Road, Larkfield Avenue, Oxford Road, Third Avenue, Seaton Road, Second Avenue and First Avenue as the works progress. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available and signed via Watling Street and Yokosuka Way.
This order will come into force on Monday, 22 July 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 22 July 2024 and are programmed for completion by Friday, 16 August 2024, with the works being carried out in four stages – (a) Larkfield Avenue/Brasenose Road to Oxford Road/Third Avenue, (b) Oxford Road/Third Avenue to Seaton Road/Second Avenue, (c) Seaton Road/Second Avenue half way to Watling Street, (d) the remainder of Barnsole Road to Watling Street
including the junction with First Avenue. The order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.
