EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL (Craufurdland Road, Kilmarnock - Onthank) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 18th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Power Works Road Closure – Craufurdland Road, Kilmarnock - Onthank, From 107 Craufurdland Road - junction with Brakenhill Avenue.

No Waiting At Any Time – Craufurdland Road, Kilmarnock - Onthank From 107 Craufurdland Road - junction with Brakenhill Avenue Both sides of road.

The Order commences on 10 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 10 July 2024 at 08:00 until 23 July 2024 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.

An alternative route is Via Brackenhill Avenue - Hareshaw Drive - Craufurdland Road and vice versa

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Cargill Road, Maybole) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 13th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing. Temporary Road Closure – Cargill Road, Maybole From junction Culzean road for 160 metres.

No Waiting At Any Time - Cargill Road, Maybole From junction Culzean road for 160 metres.

The Order commences on 08 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 08 July 2024 at 08:00 until 22 July 2024 at 17:00.

The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services access will not be affected.

Access for residents and deliveries an will be maintained via diversion route An alternative route will be signed via Cargill Road - Gardenrose Path - C60 Ladycross Road - B7023 - B7023 Culzean Road - Cargill Road and vice versa.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Saltpans Road, Ayr - Newton On Ayr) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 13th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Carriageway Resurfacing.

Temporary Road Closure – Saltpans Road, Ayr - Newton On Ayr Weekend Work Only.

From Limekiln road over Railway Bridge to Shore Road/ Newton Esplanade junction for approx 250m The Order commences on 06 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 July 2024 at 08:00 until 14 July 2024 at 17:00.

The road is expected to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays only from 08:00 on the Saturday to 17:00 on Sunday each week with the road being open out-with these times.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected.

Access for residents out-with the working zone will be maintainedvia diversion route

An alternative route - Access for Non-HGV will be via Newton Esplanade onto Bellrock Road, Woodfield Road onto the A79 Prestwick Road onto Tams Brig. At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Waggon Road then onto Weir Road and return.

No HGV traffic is permissible during working times

(Peggieshill Road,Peggieshill Place, Ayr - Castlehill) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 13th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing Temporary Road Closure – Peggieshill Road - From the A713 Dalmellington Road to the junction of Nursery Road.

The Order commences on 01 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 01 July 2024 at 08:00 until 29 July 2024 at 17:00 The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times. The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.

An alternative route will be signed via Nursery Road turning right onto Belmont Road then turning right onto A713 Dalmellington and return.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(The Avenue, Girvan) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 13th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Scottish Water Works.

Temporary Road Closures Over Two Phases – The Avenue, Girvan.

Closure 1 - From junction with Coalpots Road to junction with Rodney Drive on The Avenue. Proposed dates - 03/07/2024 - 12/07/2024

Closure 2 - From junction with Montgomerie Street to outside no.30 The Avenue. Proposed dates - 05/08/2024 - 16/08/2024.

The Order commences on 03 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 03 July 2024 at 09:30 with the closure remaining in place until 01 September 2024 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services,residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

An alternative route will be signed via: Road Closure 1: Coalpots Road / South Park Avenue/Victoria Park Road/ North Park Avenue/ Queens Drive/The Avenue and vice versa

Road Closure 2: Montgomery Street/ Troweir Road/North Drive / The Avenue and vice versa
