LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(SPILSBY – ASHBY ROAD)

(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting as set out in the Schedule below:-

•   Extend existing No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm so it is fronting properties 44-46 Ashby Road.

•   Extend existing No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm at junction of Ashby Road and Blacksmiths Lane.

Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
