(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 17th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Blazey. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st July 2024 to 20th July 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Church Street, Rose Hill, Edgcumbe Terrace for their entire length, Doubletrees from Rose Hill to Edgcumbe Terrace, St Blazey.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in St Blazey. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Church Street, Rose Hill, Edgcumbe Terrace for their entire length, Doubletrees from Rose Hill to Edgcumbe Terrace, St Blazey.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

The County of Cornwall (Access To Trevarren Farm, St Columb) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st July 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Access To Trevarren Farm, St Columb for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford.
This prohibition is necessary for frame and cover replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd July 2024 to 3rd July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekends included.
Road affected - B3266 Between Valley Truckle And Beacon Lane, Helstone, Camelford between property known as Worthyacre Cottage and grid reference SX 09368 80889.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th July 2024 to 24th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads affected - Carminow Road for its entire length, Respryn Road, Bodmin from junction of Carminow Road to outside No 16.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Clann Lane, Bodmin from junction of Old Coach Road to outside Donberna.

The County of Cornwall (Footpath 36 and Footpath 38, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public during Boardmasters Festival 2024 and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th July 2024 to 26th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Public right of way affected - Footpath 36 and Footpath 38 in the Parish of Newquay for their entire length.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
