Church Hill (D3526) And Crawley Hill (D3525) Camberley - Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order To Carry Out Carriageway Patching Works

THE SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL

Church Hill (D3526) and Crawley Hill (D3525) Camberley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 19 June 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Church Hill (D3526) and Crawley Hill (D3525) Camberley which extends from its junction with Crawley Ridge to its junction with Upper Park Road. This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out carriageway patching works and/or major maintenance works, which is anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 1 July 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. 
Alternative Route – D3525 Crawley Ridge, A325 Portsmouth Road, A30 London Road, B3411 Frimley Road, D3532 Park Road and D3528 Upper Park Road or vice versa.

Gracious Pond Road (D40) Chobham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Gracious Pond Road (D40) Chobham as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “White Cottage” to its junction with the access to the property known as “Butts Hill Cottage”. Alternative Route: Gracious Pond Road, Stonehill Road, Old Chertsey Road, (A319) Chertsey Road, and Mincing Lane, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate repair and/or replacement chamber works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 July 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists. 

Youlden Drive (D3564) Camberley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of the eastbound carriageway of Youlden Drive (D3564) Camberley as extends from its junction with the roundabout with (A325) Portsmouth Road and for a distance of 30 metres along Youlden Drive. This Order is required to carry out utility works for, or on behalf of Omnis. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 night, between 10pm and 5am, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 16 July 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. No sole access is affected by this closure. There is alternative route for this closure.
