Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

The County of Cornwall (Rashleigh Lane, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Rashleigh Lane, Fowey for its entire length.

(Road From Redland Mill To Baber Farm, St Dominick) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Dominick. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th July 2024 to 19th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Redland Mill To Baber Farm, St Dominick between No 1 Church View and No 1 Baber Farm.

(B3252 From Rosemary Cottage To The A38 South Of Trephilcor, Liskeard) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Liskeard.

This prohibition is necessary for tree survey works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th July 2024 to 17th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - B3252 From Rosemary Cottage To The A38 South Of Trephilcor, Liskeard between grid references SX 26993 61737 and SX 27598 59803.

(Station Road, Gunnislake) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th July 2024 to 19th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Station Road, Gunnislake for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th July 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Station Road To Parkers Green, Gunnislake between property known as Crossways and the junction of Station Road.

(Tamar Way, Gunnislake) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd July 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Tamar Way, Gunnislake between the junctions of Under Road and Crockers Row.
