TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH WARE TOWN 18
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Ware Town 18, heading west from Amwell End to Ware Lock, for an approximate distance of 880m.
Alternative route: no suitable alternative on PRoW network
The purpose of the Order is to enable repair works to take place.
The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 14 June 2024 for up to 6 months, when signs are in place.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MANGROVE LANE, BRICKENDON) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Mangrove Lane, Brickendon from its junction with Monks Green Lane north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards for a distance of approximately 1521m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Mangrove Lane, Goose Green Lord Street, Lord Street, Taverners Way, Pauls Lane, Amwell Street, A1170 Amwell Street, B1197 (Hertford Road/London Road), A414 London Road, Mangrove Road and Mangrove Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 3 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED RESTRICTIONS ON VARIOUS ROADS IN HERTFORD, BUNTINGFORD, HERTFORD HEATH, STANSTEAD ABBOTTS AND EASTWICK) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from driving at a speed exceeding 20mph on the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), when signs are in place:-
1. that length of A414 Hertingfordbury Road, Hertford from its junction with the A414 Cole Green Bypass/Thieves Lane South roundabout south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Campfield Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 956m.
2. that length of A10 (unnamed road), Buntingford from its junction with the B1368 Buntingford Road/A10 Puckeridge Bypass roundabout north westwards, northwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 2725m.
3. that length of A10 (unnamed road), Hertford Heath from a point 576m south east of its junction with the A10 northbound slip road leading from the A10 (unnamed road) north westwards for a distance of approximately 295m.
4. the A10 northbound slip road leading onto the A414 Rush Green roundabout, Hertford Heath from its junction with the northbound carriageway of A10 (unnamed road) north westwards and south westwards to its junction with the A414 Rush Green roundabout, a distance of approximately 428m.
5. that length of A414 Eastwick Road, Stanstead Abbotts/ Eastwick from its junction with the A414 eastbound slip road leading from B181 Roydon Road north eastwards, south eastwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with the A414 Fifth Avenue roundabout for a distance of approximately 3970m.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF B176 HIGH STREET, WALTHAM CROSS/B176 CROSSBROOK STREET, CHESHUNT) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of B176 High Street, Waltham Cross/B176 Crossbrook Street, Cheshunt from its junction with Trinity Lane north westwards to its junction with Theobalds Lane, a distance of approximately 90m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via B176 High Street, A121 Winston Churchill Way, A10 Great Cambridge Road, B198 College Road and B176 (Turners Hill/Crossbrook Street).
The Order is needed because bridge inspection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN HEATH DRIVE, WARE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Heath Drive, Ware from its easternmost junction with Kingsway north westwards for a distance of approximately 240m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Kingsway and Heath Drive.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Smarts Green, Cheshunt from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.15 Smarts Green south westwards for a distance of approximately 28m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Smarts Green, Adamsfield and Smarts Green.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BAAS LANE, BROXBOURNE) ORDER NO.2 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Baas Lane, Broxbourne from a point 100m north west of its junction with Bell Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 75m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Baas Lane, Bell Lane, A1170 High Road, Grenville Avenue, Trafalgar Avenue, Graham Avenue and Baas Lane.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 July 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Walkern Road, Benington from its junction with Town Lane north eastwards, north westwards, south westwards and north westwards to its junction with Benington Road, a distance of approximately 2173m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Church Green and Walkern Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Aspenden Road, Buntingford from its junction with London Road south westwards, south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with The Street, a distance of approximately 857m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via London Road, A10 (unnamed road), Station Road, C16 (unnamed road) and 3U20 (unnamed road).
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS ON PARK LANE, WALTHAM CROSS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of Park Lane, Waltham Cross from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.110 Park Lane north westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 60m (“the Road”), when signs are in place.
The Order is needed because level crossing works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 16 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN B1197 LONDON ROAD, HERTFORD HEATH AND THE ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO ‘RED LODGE’, HERTFORD) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of B1197 London Road, Hertford Heath from its junction with the A414 Rush Green Link/A414 London Road roundabout south eastwards to its northernmost junction with Vicarage Causeway, a distance of approximately 1302m.
An alternative route will be via A414 Rush Green Link, A10 (unnamed road/Hoddesdon Link Road), A1170 Amwell Street and B1197 (Hertford Road/London Road).
2. the access road leading to ‘Red Lodge’, Hertford from its junction with B1197 London Road south westwards and north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 17 June 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”) and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of B181 Roydon Road, Stanstead Abbotts from a point in line with the western boundary of No.99 Roydon Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 145m.
An alternative route will be via B181 (Roydon Road/High Street/ Station Road), A414 Eastwick Road and B181 Roydon Road.
2. that length of B176 High Street, Waltham Cross from its junction with Trinity Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 20m.
An alternative route will be via B176 High Street, A121 Winston Churchill Way, A10 Great Cambridge Road, B198 College Road and B176 (Turners Hill/Crossbrook Street/High Street).

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS IN GREAT MUNDEN) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”) will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the south eastbound carriageway of Mentley Lane, Great Munden from a point 23m north west of its junction with C16 (unnamed road) south eastwards to its junction with C16 (unnamed road), a distance of approximately 23m, except for access.
An alternative route will be via C16 (unnamed road), Stockalls Lane, C95 (unnamed road), Ermine Street, A10 Puckeridge Bypass, Mentley Lane West and C16 (unnamed road).
2. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a left turn manoeuvre from Mentley Lane into the northbound carriageway of C16 (unnamed road), Great Munden, whilst signs are in place.
An alternative route will be via C16 (unnamed road), Stockalls Lane, C95 (unnamed road), Ermine Street, A10 Puckeridge Bypass, Mentley Lane West and C16 (unnamed road).
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Watton Road, Datchworth from its junction with Datchworth Green north eastwards to its junction with Church Lane, a distance of approximately 2872m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Datchworth Green, Mardleybury Road, B197 (London Road/Stevenage Road/London Road/ Monkswood Way), A602 (Broadhall Way/Hooks Cross), High Street and Station Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(REVOCATION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council in order to facilitate the passage on the road of any class of traffic proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to revoke waiting restrictions in part of West Road, Sawbridgeworth as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
