Birmingham New Road - Temporary Road Closure

 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL 

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF BIRMINGHAM NEW ROAD, COSELEY) ORDER 2024 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make an Order, the effects of which will be the temporary closure of Birmingham New Road, Coseley, from Ivyhouse Lane to Mason Street. The purpose of the restrictions is to safely facilitate carriageway reconstruction works on or near the affected road. The Order will come into force on Friday 28th June 2024 and the works are anticipated to be completed on Sunday 7th July 2024. The restrictions will be in force from 19:00pm until 03:00am each night. The Order may remain in force for a period of up to 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Diversions for all vehicular traffic shall be via: Vicarage Road, Green Street, Tunnel Street, Ivyhouse Lane, and vice versa.
