HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE RED BULL SOAP BOX RACING EVENT

1. The Council of the London Borough of Haringey hereby gives notice that ensure safety of the public during the holding of the above-titled special event, it intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the Order would be:

General Effect of Order
1. Road closure of Alexandra Palace Way/South Terrace N22 -
The entire length through the park. Suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading on:
2. Alexandra Park Road N22:
a. North side: between the common boundary of Nos.161 and 163 and the common boundary of Nos.171 and 173.
b. North side: from the western boundary of children's nursery at Chantry Hall to a point outside No.135A.
c. South side: between the common boundary of Nos. 196 and 198 and Nos. 210 and 212.
d. South side: from a point outside No.150 to a point outside Nos. 1 and 8 Hampton Court, Alexandra Park Road.
3. The Avenue N10: Northeast side (park side): opposite No.'s 1 - 43.
Suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading on: 22nd June 2024 from 11:00 1. Bedford Road N22:
to 20:00 hours a. Both sides: Between its junction with Alexandra Palace Way and
the Palace Gates Road roundabout, b. West Side: Railway fence line outside Cottages 27-15. 2. Alexandra Park Road N22: Both sides, from its junction with Bedford Road, west for approximately 20 metres.
1. Road closure of entire length of Bedford Road N22.
22nd June 2024 from 18:00 to 19:00 hours
2. Road closure of entire length of Buckingham Road N22.
3. Suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading
on Buckingham Road N22 Both sides: between its junctions with St Michael's Terrace and Bridge Road.
4. Road closure of Palace Gates Road N22 between its junctions with Crescent Road and Bedford Road.
5. Suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading on Palace Gates Road N22:
a. North side: between its junctions with Crescent Road and Bedford Road.
b. South side: between its junctions with Bedford Road and the common boundary wall of Nos. 31 &33 Palace Gates Road.
6. Road closure of Station Road N22 between its junctions with Park Avenue and Buckingham Road.
7. Suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading on Station Road N22 Both sides: between its junctions with Park Avenue & St Michaels's Terrace.
3. The prohibitions and restrictions specified in Article 2 above, shall only apply during such times and to such extent as may be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or directed by a police constable
in uniform or a civil enforcement officer. Essential access for residents will be maintained as far as possible during the period of the road closure. Diversion routes related to the closures will be signed as appropriate.
4. Any persons having a query or representation regarding the above measures should contact Traffic Management Group on 020 8489 1300.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
