NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 09/07/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Construction Marine Ltd on behalf of Network Rail to undertake emergency earth works caused by a landslide onto railway infrastructure. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 11/07/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake a domestic service apparatus repair. The Order will come into force on 19/06/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 15 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council & their contractors to undertake carriageway surface repair works in the highway. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on or about the 15/06/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate traffic signs are erected and last for up to 4 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to undertake rail track safety inspections. The proposed diversion route will be via: Glebe Rd, Holygate Rd, Stapleford Rd, Saxby Rd B676, Wymondham Rd, Glebe Rd & vice versa.
