C150 BETS LANE TO SEARLES FACTORY JUNCTION TRANWELL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C150 Bets Lane To Searles Factory Junction Tranwell from Ashgrove House heading south west for a length of 188 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 8th July 2024 until the 8th January 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 8th July 2024 until the 8th September 2024 and that the road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 8th January 2025.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C150, B6524, B1337, U9061 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for bridge strengthening work. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
