C117 WIDDRINGTON STATION JUNCTION
TO THE BROCKS JUNCTION WIDDRINGTON STATION
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C117 Widdrington Station Junction To The Brocks Junction Widdrington Station from its junction with the B6345 to its junction with the C115 for a length of 3710 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 21st June 2024 until the 20th December 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 21st June 2024 until the 24th June 2024 between the hours of 07:30 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 20th December 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the B6345, A1068, B1337, C117 and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for structural patching works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
