(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
(BUTTERWORTH LANE, TRIANGLE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Butterworth Lane at its junction with private road for a distance of approximately 12 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Butterworth Lane, Rochdale Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 26th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(HUDDERSFIELD ROAD/TOWN HALL STREET, ELLAND)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Eric Wright Civil Engineering Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Huddersfield Road from its junction with Town Hall Street to Elizabeth Street and Town Hall Street from its junction with Southgate to Huddersfield Road for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Southgate, Elland Riorges Link, unaffected part of Huddersfield Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period between the hours.
(KENWORTHY LANE, RIPPONDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Kenworthy Lane from its junction with Halifax Road and Jubilee Terrace for a distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Halifax Road, Wood Street, Jubilee Terrace, unaffected part of Kenworthy Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 18th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00.
(NORTHGATE, HEPTONSTALL)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Northgate from No.17 to Northfield Terrace for a distance of approximately 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. For alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(PINFOLD LANE, RASTRICK)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Pinfold Lane from its junction with Dewsbury Road and Moor Hey Lane for a distance of approximately 120 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Dewsbury Road, New Hey Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(QUEENS ROAD, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Queens Road from No. 239 to No.268 for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Queens Road, Hanson Lane, Thrum Hall Lane, Gibbet Street and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(RIPON STREET, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ripon Street from its junction with Hopwood Lane to No. 6 for a distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Hopwood Lane, Gibraltar Road, Parkinson Lane, unaffected part of Ripon Street and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 25th June 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(GIBBET STREET, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Gibbet Street from No. 130 for a distance of approximately 33 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained.
The alternative route is via Albert Street, Hanson Lane, Lightowler Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 13:30.
(HEATHY LANE, HOLMFIELD)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Heathy Lane from No. 2 Ashdale to No. 4 Ashdale for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Shay Lane, Holdsworth Road, Moor Bottom Road, Whitehill Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd June 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 22nd June 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.
(BUTTRESS LANE, LUDDENDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Buttress Lane from its junction with Stocks Lane to Birch Lane for a distance of approximately 720 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. Access will be maintained for residents only. The alternative route is via Stocks Lane, Halifax Lane, Birch Lane, and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 1st July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 26th July 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(COPLEY LANE, COPLEY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Centurion Traffic Management intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Copley Lane for 20 metres either side of bridge structure for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Copley Lane, Dudwell Lane, Salterhebble Hill, Huddersfield Road, Wakefield Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 1st July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 1st July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 10:00 & 13:00.
(ST STEPHENS STREET, COPLEY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by BAM Nuttall Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of St Stephens Street from No. 146 to end for a distance of approximately 15 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 1st July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th September 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(UPPER SHAW WOOD ROAD, TODMORDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Upper Shaw Wood Road from its junction with New Road to Lee Bottom Road for a distance of approximately 160 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 1st July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 5th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 15:00.
(RANGE LANE, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Range Lane from its junction with Range Bank to Old School Gardens for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Range Street, Woodlands Road, Claremount Road, Range Bank. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 4th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.
(STATION PARADE, CORNHOLME)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Centurion Traffic intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Station Parade at the level crossing for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 6th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 23:30 & 08:30.
