Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council have made an Order in terms of Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to the effect that in connection with Whitburn Gala Day Main Parade the roads as narrated in the Schedule below will be closed to vehicular traffic and waiting, loading and unloading restrictions will apply. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic are also noted in said Schedule.

Road Closures & Waiting, Loading & Unloading Restrictions - Entirety of Ellen Street, Shanks Road, Manse Road (A706), Union Road, Manse Avenue, Glebe Road, Murraysgate Crescent, Armadale Road (A706), Empire Street, Park View, Baillie Street, Bog Road, East Main Street (A705) from junction with Blaeberryhill Road to Whitburn Cross; West Main Street (B7069) from junction with west leg of Murraysgate Crescent to Whitburn Cross

North/South via Mile Straight (A706), A801, Main Street (A705), Blaeberryhill Road, Longridge Road (A706) & vice versa;
East/West via Main Street (A705), A801, Mile Straight (A706), Whitdale Roundabout, B7066, Polkemmet Road (B7069) & vice versa
