Dancing Hill, Temporary Road Closure Due To Water Works
What is happening?
Somerset Council Parish of North Petherton Temporary Closure of Dancing Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Dancing Hill - from 62 metres west of the junction with High Street, westwards for a total distance of 154 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry our new connection works. The Order becomes effective on 11th June 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 17th June 2024 and last until 21st June 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
