TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES - VARIOUS ROADS, COUNTYWIDE 2024 (No.24)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1) A30 Salisbury Hill, Stockbridge, Test Valley between its junction with High Street/London Road and its junction with Red Rice Road

2) London Minstead Road, Minstead, New Forest between its junction with the entrance to 'Two Pictures and its junction with a point approximately 60 meters north of 'Two Pictures'

3) Newtown Road, Eastleigh between its junction with The Crescent and its junction with Romsey Road

4) Garbett Road, Winchester between its junction with Winnal Manor Road and its junction with Imber Road

5) Kingsway Gardens, Eastleigh between its junction with Hiltingbury Road and its junction with Kingsway

6) Dandys Ford Lane, Wellow, Test Valley between its junction with Cross Oaks Cottage and its junction with Broad Woods Lane

7) Road across Setley Plain Boldre, Brockenhurst, New Forest between its junction with A337 and its junction with B3055

8) Romsey Road, Lockerley, Test Valley between its junction with Carters Clay and its junction with Saunders Lane

9) Bayley Avenue, Fareham between its junction with Castleview Road and its junction with Roman Grove

10) St Annes Grove, Fareham between its junction with Highfield Avenue and its junction with Fairfield Avenue

11) Summerlands Road, Fair Oak, Eastleigh between its junction with Campbell Way and its junction with Fair Oak Road

12) Old Mill Lane, East Hampshire between its junction with Harrowgate Lane and its junction with a point approximately adjacent to Bezels Countryside Boarding Kennels and Cattery

TEMPORARY WEIGHT SUSPENSION - To impose a temporary weight suspension on the following road:

Lyndhurst High Street, Lyndhurst, New Forest between A337 Romsey Road/A35 and A35/Gosport Lane will be subject to a weight suspension for the duration of the works.

Diversion Route: A337/A35 Romsey Road junction to A35/Gosport Road junction

3) Romsey Road, Twyford Road, The Crescent

6) Broad Woods Lane, Hackleys Lane, Woodington Road, Tanners Lane, Dunwood Hill, Salisbury Road, Dandys Ford Lane

7) Marlpit Oak Road, Latchmoor, Lymington Road, Southampton Road

8) Romsey Road, The Banks, The Street, Butts Green, Dunbridge Road, Lockerley Road, Barley Hill, Saunders Lane

9) Roman Grove, Merlon Crescent, Merton Avenue, White Hart Lane

10) Highfield Avenue, St Michaels Grove, Fairfield Avenue

11) Summerlands Road, Winchester Road, Fair Oak Road

12) Old Mill Lane, Harrowgate Lane, Sawyers Hill

DURATION OF ORDER: from 10th June 2024 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.)
