THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (WEST DRAYTON PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) WD ZONES ORDER 2024

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 7th June 2024 it made the above Orders to:

1. Introduce pay and display parking bays within the layby outside Nos. 1 to 5 Mulberry Parade, West Drayton operational ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ with charges as set out below.

2. Formalise the existing blue badge disabled parking bays within the layby outside Nos. 1 to 5 Mulberry Parade, West Drayton.

3. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions throughout the rest of the layby outside Nos. 1 to 5 Mulberry Parade, West Drayton.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 17th June 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
