CROESFAN ARFAETHEDIG I GERDDWYR/BEICWYR DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984

Hysbysir drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, wrth ymarfer ei bwerau dan Adran 23 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ac ar 81 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, yn bwriadu creu dwy groesfan Twcan newydd ar yr A525 Dinbych ger y gylchfan ATS ar y troad am Ruthun. Bydd y gwaharddiad arferol o ran atal cerbydau rhag stopio, aros, llwytho a dadlwytho ar y ffordd gerbydau o fewn yr ardaloedd a nodir gan linellau igam-ogam ar y naill ochr i'r groesfan yn berthnasol.

Gellir archwilio map o'r cynnig yn Llyfrgell ?inbych, Sgwar y Neuadd, Dinbych yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol.

Dylai unrhyw un sy'n dymuno cyflwyno sylwadau mewn perthynas a'r cynnig hwn wneud hynny yn ysgrifenedig i'r un sydd a'i enw isod erbyn 26 Mehefin 2024.

A525 DINBYCH GER CYLCHFAN ATS DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN / CYCLE CROSSING ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 A525 DENBIGH NEAR ATS ROUNDABOUT

Notice is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council in exercise of its powers under section 23 of the Road traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police propose to establish two new Toucan crossings on A525 Denbigh near ATS roundabout on the Ruthin exit. The usual prohibition of vehicles stopping, waiting, loading and unloading on the carriageway within the areas marked by zig-zag lines on either side of the crossing will apply.

A map showing the proposal may be examined at Denbigh Library, Hall Square Denbigh during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this proposal should do so to the undersigned by 26th June 2024.
