What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions

i) On Redden Court Road at its junction with Squirrels Heath Lane

ii) On Redden Court Road at its junction with Coombe Road

iii) On Brookside at its junction with Nelmes Way

iv) On Parsonage Road at its junction with Danyon Close

v) On Harwood Avenue outside no. 117

vi) On Dagnam Park Drive outside no. 219

vii) On Plough Rise around the turning head

viii) On Meadowside Road, to cover the vehicle crossovers to nos. 2 and 4 & 6

ix) On Sunnyside Gardens, between nos. 42 and 46

x) On Riverside Close, for as much as is public highway

xi) On Cavenham Gardens, to cover the raised kerb area between nos. 10 and 12

xii) On Acacia Avenue, to cover the raised kerb area fronting no. 26

xiii) On Stapleton Crescent at its junction with Deere Avenue, extending along the northern side of the road, and outside nos. 10, 12 and 14, 16 and 18 and 20

xiv) On East Close, to cover the narrowest section of the road and at its junction with Ingrebourne Road, extending into Ingrebourne Road either side of East Close and opposite the junction of East Close

b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on

i) Thames Close outside No. 15

ii) Brooklands Gardens outside No. 21

iii) Petersfield Avenue outside No. 71

iv) The Parade, A12, outside No. 17

v) Appleby Drive opposite Appleby Green

c) Remove a Disabled parking bay on

i) Brackendale Gardens outside No. 51

d) Extend no waiting at any time waiting restrictions on

i) Heaton Avenue outside no. 81

ii) Lowshoe Lane opposite nos. 82 and 84

iii) Kenway to the side of no.159 Collier Row Lane

iv) Abbs Cross Gardens fronting nos. 2 and 6

v) Abbotts Close outside no. 4

vi) Locke Close on its western side

vii) Queens Gardens on both sides, fronting nos. 23 and 38

viii) Essex Road, both sides, to the side of 209 Mawney Road, to cover the area restricted by Monday to Friday 9am to 10am waiting restrictions

ix) On the section of Mungo Park Road situated between nos. 84a and 86, fronting no. 86 and incorporating the section of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm waiting restriction

x) Rossall Close to the side of No. 55 Globe Road

e) Removal of a residents parking bay outside No. 4 Briars Walk and the introduction of Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30am waiting restrictions

f) Removal of a residents parking bay outside No. 107 Melville Road

g) Relocate the dedicated disabled parking bay in Kestrel Close to the side of no. 11 Condor Walk

h) Introduce a dedicated disabled parking bay in Eagles Close to the side of no. 6

i) Introduce a Loading bay on Collier Row Lane fronting the Mazda dealership

j) Introduce an at any time loading ban at the Standen Avenue junction with Suttons Lane

k) Remove the disabled parking bay and small section of at any time

waiting restriction outside no. 6 Fyfield Road

I) Change the existing Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction in Randall Drive, to the side of no. 10 Suttons Lane, to apply Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm

m) To include the currently unrestricted area of Rossall Close in the R03

area by the introduction of a permit parking area, operational Monday to

Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm

n) Introduction of a residents parking scheme in Prospect Place,

operational Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm, incorporating the

existing footway parking bay on Collier Row Lane that front the Prospect

Place estate, along with associated at any time waiting restrictions in

Prospect Place and Collier Row Lane Further information may also be obtained via https://havering.traffweb.app/ or schemes@havering.gov.uk

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
