(Road From The A374 Between The A38 And Milladon Lane To Gallery Lane, St Germans) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Germans. This prohibition is necessary for tree surgery works to remove dead / damaged trees and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th July 2024 to 11th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From The A374 Between The A38 And Milladon Lane To Gallery Lane, St Germans between grid references SX 33270 58824 and SX 34241 58449.

(Road From Almar To Junction West Of Treverbyn, Bray Shop) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bray Shop. This prohibition is necessary for tree trimming works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Almar To Junction West Of Treverbyn, Bray Shop for its entire length.

(Road From Bay Tree Cottage To South View, Albaston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Albaston. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 to 25th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Bay Tree Cottage To South View, Albaston between grid references SX 42240 70258 and SX 42298 70229. An alternative route will be signed on site. (Road From Callington Road To Honicombe Corner, Harrowbarrow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Harrowbarrow. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Callington Road To Honicombe Corner, Harrowbarrow between the junctions of School Lane and Callington Road. An alternative route will be signed on site. (Road From Junction North Of Sandways Farm To Sand Lane, Calstock, Road From Cemetery Road To Junction North Of Sandways Farm and Road From Junction North Of Sandways Farm To Northpark Farm, Albaston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Albaston. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Junction North Of Sandways Farm To Sand Lane, Calstock and Road From Junction North Of Sandways Farm To Northpark Farm, Albaston for their entire lengths and Road From Cemetery Road To Junction North Of Sandways Farm, Albaston between property known as Richmond Park and grid reference SX 42891 69967.

(Church Hill, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th July 2024 to 15th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Church Hill, Fowey between properties known as River House and St Cloud. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Drakewalls. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2024 to 27th June 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

(Devenport Hill, Kingsand) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Kingsand. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th July 2024 to 12th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Devonport Hill, Kingsand between properties known as Tredeague and Kingsway House. There is no alternative route. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Fore Street To Well Lane, St Cleer between properties known as The Old Vicarage and Hazelmere.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (St Cleer) (One-Way Traffic) (Consolidation) Order 1977 Unclassified road adjacent to St Cleer Church (Class 111) - from a point 69 yards west of its junction with the St Cleer-Tremabe Coombe Road for a distance of 33 yards in a westerly direction going from East to West - from a point 102 yards west of its junction with the St Cleer- Tremar Coombe Road to its junction with the Tremabe- Commonmoor Road going from North to South - between the junctions of Well Lane and Fore Street.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road for a new sewer connection into existing manhole.

The Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 12th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

(Frogwell Road, Callington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for tree trimming works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Frogwell Road, Callington between the junctions of Lendra Lane and Haye Road.

Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Garrett Street, Cawsand between properties known as Seagarth and Vectis Cottage.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Rame) Traffic Regualtion Order 1946 Garrett Street, Cawsand (Class 111) between the Halfway Inn, Kingsand and the Square, Cawsand.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out boundary box renewal.

The Order will come into operation on 24th June 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 24th June 2024.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
