Cornwall Council Various Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Orders

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

The County of Cornwall (Road From Coast Road To Lansweden Lane, Crackington Haven, Bude) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Crackington Haven, Bude. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th July 2024 to 12th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Coast Road To Lansweden Lane, Crackington Haven, Bude between properties known as Penlea and the Brockhill Methodist Church.

(Road From The County Boundary To The A39 Between Old Kilkhampton Road And Stone Hill, Launcells, Bude) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launcells, Bude. This prohibition is necessary for overhead cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th July 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From The County Boundary To The A39 Between Old Kilkhampton Road And Stone Hill, Launcells, Bude between property known as By-Ridge House and grid reference 55 23537 07888

(Exeter Street, Launceston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of roadin Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement and upgrade works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th July 2024 to 19th July 2024.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Exeter Street, Launceston for its entire length.

(Road From Junction North Of Treburrow To Tregeare, Egloskerry, Launceston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Egloskerry, Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for overhead cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction North Of Treburrow To Tregeare, Launceston between property known as Greystones and grid reference SX 25665 87543.

(Poughill Road, Poughill, Bude) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th June 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Poughill, Bude. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2024 to 5th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Poughill Road, Poughill, Bude between the junctions of West Fairholme Road and Cedar Grove.

(Western Road, Launceston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement and cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th July 2024 to 11th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Western Road, Launceston between property known as Nicholls Flats and number 6 Western Terrace.
