What is happening?

(U427n BURNHEAD – QUEEN’S DRIVE AND U426n VIRGINHALL) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2024
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U427n (from Burnhead to Drumlanrig Bridge) and U426n public roads to n/b traffic from 07:00 to 20:00 on 15/6/24. The closure is necessary to manage traffic attending the Tough Mudder event. The alternative route is via the A702, A76(T) and U427n. 

DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL 
(KIRKCONNEL & KELLOHOLM CHILDREN’S GALA) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close roads around Kirkconnel and Kelloholm as follows:
• 13/6/24, 18:00 – 19:00, Glenwhargen Ave (new section by Brown Brothers).
• 15/6/24, 10:30 – 12:30, Niviston Rd.
• 15/6/24, 11:30 – 13:30, Niviston Rd, Glengaber Ave, Greystone Ave, Birkburn Rd, Kirkland Dr, Libry St, Craig Dr, Greystone Ave, Needle St, Main St (A76 South), Main St (A76 North, Needle St. 
• 15/6/24, 10:00 - 16:30, Mill Lade.
• 15/6/24, 15:30 – 16:30, Needle St, Main St (A76)
The closures are necessary to hold gala events. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Full details are available on www.TellMeScotland.gov.uk

(U778N HOWGATE STREET) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) NO.2 ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U778n Howgate Street, Dumfries (full length) from 0930 on 17/06/24 to 1530 on 20/06/24. The closure is necessary to facilitate safe access to underground network. Alternative route available via Rosemount Street, Hill Street, Maxwell Street and vice versa. Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

(U475N CARRONBRIDGE - MITCHELLSLACKS) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U475n Burn Brae, Kirkland of Morton, Thornhill from 8am – 5pm on 19/06/24. The closure is necessary to facilitate the installation of new BT pole. Alternative route available via U478n, U479n, U480n, U475n and vice versa. 
Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

(C19N BARONY – TEMPLAND - BALGRAY) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) NO.2 ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the C19n at Cumrue Farm, Templand from 0830 – 1530 on 20/06/24. The closure is necessary to facilitate pole installation works. Alternative route available via B7020, A701(T), C16n, C19n and vice versa. 
Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
