What is happening?
REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2024/0325/CA: Single storey rear extension at The Old White House, Saltburn Lane, Saltburn.
*As the above application is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
R/2024/0259/CA: New shop front; replacement of first floor windows at front & gate to side at 56-61a Westgate, Guisborough.
R/2024/0315/CA: New timber shop front with external lanterns to signage at 31 Zetland Road, Loftus.
R/2024/0333/CA: Installation of mosaic on south facing wall at Sainsburys, Milton Street, Saltburn.
R/2024/0349/CA: Relevant demolition of Dutch Barn and redundant farm buildings at Grange Farm, The Grange Lane, Moorsholm.
R/2024/0350/LB: LBC for variation of condition 2 (approved plans) to R/2022/0718/LB for internal layout changes at Redcar Central Railway Station, Station Road, Redcar.
R/2024/0361/CA & R/2024/0360/LB: Planning & LBC for replacement of 2 windows at rear at Flat 6, Tower Court, Glenside, Saltburn.
R/2024/0363/CA: Change of use of Residential Institution back to residential dwellinghouse at Hinton Lodge, Patten Lane, Guisborough.
R/2024/00366/LB: LBC for repairs to external stonework at Prior Pursglove College, Church Walk, Guisborough.

R/2024/0333/CA: Installation of mosaic on south facing wall at Sainsburys, Milton Street, Saltburn.
Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:
R/2024/0321/FFM: Erection of industrial units for light industrial, general industrial and storage distribution uses with associated access, landscaping and parking at Land at South Tees Development Corporation, east of Smiths Dock Road & west of Tees Dock Road, South Bank.
R/2024/0327/VCM: Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) on planning approval R/2022/0717/F3M for proposed redevelopment of Railway station to include repairs, refurbishment and internal/ external alterations; creation of 10 commercial/retail units, storage facitilites at Redcar Central Railway Station, Station Road, Redcar.
R/2024/0354/FFM: Mixed use development to include 5 retail units; restaurant and public house; 13 residential apartments & associated parking at Former Normanby Hotel, 514 Normanby Road, Normanby.

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
